CURRY SAUCE

What do you need?

  • 150 g (coconut) yoghurt
  • 1 tsp lime peel
  • 1 tsp (sesame) oil
  • 1 tbs curry powder
  • salt and pepper

How do you prepare it?

  1. Mix the ingredients for the sauce. Season with curry powder, salt and pepper.
  2. Prepare the Belgian fries according to the instructions on the packaging OR deep fry the Belgian fries ± 5 minutes until golden brown at 170 °C.
  3. Serve the sauce as a dip with the Belgian fries.
