SALAD WITH FRIED TOFU

What do you need?

  • 1 block tofu
  • 1⁄4 red cabbage, grated
  • 1 bunch of radishes, halved
  • 150 g beansprouts
  • 250 g beans, in pieces
  • 800 g Belgian fries

Peanut sauce

  • 150 g peanut butter
  • 1 tbs lime juice
  • 1 garlic clove, crushed
  • 1/2 tsp chili powder
  • 2 tbs soy sauce
  • 1 tbs cane sugar

How do you prepare it?

  1. Mix the ingredients for the peanut sauce, add a little water until the desired thickness. Put aside.
  2. Dice the tofu and fry until golden brown.
  3. Prepare the Belgian fries according to the instructions on the packaging OR deep fry the Belgian fries ± 5 minutes until golden brown at 170 °C.
  4. Put together your own vegetable bowl/salad.
  5. Serve with peanut sauce and Belgian fries.
