What do you need?

  • 2 sirloin steaks
  • 2 tbs oil
  • 2 onions, in rings
  • 800 g Belgian fries


  • 8 tbs lime juice
  • 150 ml soy sauce
  • 3 garlic cloves, crushed
  • pepper

How do you prepare it?

  1. Mix the ingredients for the marinade and leave the meat to marinate for 15 minutes.
  2. Heat the oil in a pan and caramelise the onions. Remove from the pan, pour the marinated into the pan and thicken for 2 minutes. Add the meat to the pan and simmer for 40 minutes.
  3. Prepare the Belgian fries according to the instructions on the packaging OR deep fry the Belgian fries ± 5 minutes until golden brown at 170 °C.
  4. Serve the meat with onion rings and Belgian fries.
