What do you need?

  • 400 g boiled brown rice
  • 1 tbs oil
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 2 garlic cloves, finely chopped
  • 2 carrots, grated
  • ¼ Chinese cabbage, grated
  • 1 tbs fish sauce
  • 1 tbs soy sauce
  • 4 eggs
  • 800 g Belgian fries

How do you prepare it?

  1. Heat 1 tbs oil and fry the onion and garlic until transparent.
  2. Add the carrots, cabbage and stir-fry for a few minutes.
  3. Stir in the rice and pour over the fish and soy sauces.
  4. Using a spatula, move everything to the side and break the egg into the middle of the pan. Let the egg set.
  5. Prepare the Belgian fries according to the instructions on the packaging OR deep fry the Belgian fries ± 5 minutes until golden brown at 170 °C. Serve the nasi with Belgian fries.
  6. Serve with chili sauce.
